Music at St. George's
Without a doubt, the musical liturgy at St. George's continues to shine as one of the few unique churches who hold steadfast in their maintainence of traditional, classical-sacred repertoire as well as current compositions from serious composers. In these days when a large majority of churches have succumbed to lesser musical forms of "praise music", St. George's stands as a beacon of hope that the fine masterworks of Pope Gregory, Palestrina, Byrd, Bach etc. will not be lost from the Christian Church forever.
